Tamburrini & Wishart will offer a contemporary and innovative dining experience with seasonal produce at its heart. Guests can look forward to a five-course tasting menu that will change every two weeks, and a three-course lunch menu embracing modern techniques while celebrating classical flavours. Each menu will be exquisitely paired with wine chosen by our Resort Sommelier.
Inspired by Scotland’s natural larder, here you can sample world-class seafood including hand-dived Orkney scallops, Gigha halibut, and fresh langoustines. The team will showcase the very best of British produce including Dornoch lamb, chicken from St. Brides Poultry and seasonal game and vegetables.
